I take this opportunity to share with you some remarkable developments and accomplishments that our Central Department of Physical and Mathematical Sciences has witnessed in recent years. Our shared dedication to teaching and research has been the cornerstone of our success, and I’m delighted to report that we have achieved noteworthy milestones across various spheres.

Our strategic decision to focus our efforts on subatomic physics, combining both experimental and theoretical components, has yielded gratifying results. The collaborative atmosphere we have nurtured among our research groups has been instrumental in our achievements. This collaborative approach not only facilitates resource sharing but also encourages peer instruction, especially benefiting our graduate students. Our commitment to education remains steadfast. We provide an array of programs leading to B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in physics.

In wrapping up, I find immense pride in what our department has accomplished. Our emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and active community engagement has yielded extraordinary outcomes. I am genuinely excited to witness how we will continue shaping the landscape of physics education and research.
